First and foremost, thank you for visiting this site. My name is Mona Tashroudian, and I am a current practicing attorney and partner of Tashroudian Law Group, APC. I also provide mindfulness coaching and advise to those who desire to bring more mindfulness into their lives.
It is my pure pleasure and joy to share the beauty of mindful living with those who will open their eyes and ears to it, especially attorneys. Graduating from law school taught me the law, but nowhere in any of my studies did I learn how to deal with the daily stress that accompanied a fast-paced career of a litigator. It was trial and error, fears and tears, then finding the practice of yoga. Yoga to me was calming, de-stressing and relaxing. But it was also more than that. Yoga opened my eyes to a whole world of how to live a better life, with ease, flow and comfort. From there, I dug deeper into spirituality and mindfulness, searching for what it is that makes some of us react the way we do in stressful situations, to unpleasant people, and to things we just don’t like. Each day is different- some days are easy and some days are tough.
Through my coaching, I hope to share my experience, which continues to grow each day, and offer tools, support and guidance to attorneys who lack the balance that makes them feel whole.
